Ghar Mein Naan Banane Ka Tarika: Asaan Aur Swaadisht

Namaskar dosto! Aaj hum aapko ek mazedar aur swaadisht recipe ke baare mein bataayenge Ghar Mein Naan Banane Ka Tarika. Naan ek popular Indian bread hai jo aamtor par restaurant mein milta hai, lekin aap ghar par bhi ise asaani se bana sakte hain. Toh chaliye, shuru karte hain aur jaante hain ki kaise aap apne ghar mein naan bana sakte hain.




Naan Banane Ke Liye Samagri:


Maida (All-purpose flour) - 2 katori

Dahi (Yogurt) - ½ katori

Cheeni (Sugar) - 1 chammach

Namak (Salt) - ½ chammach

Khameer (Yeast) - ½ chammach

Ghee (Clarified butter) - 2 chammach

Pani (Water) - Zarurat ke mutabiq

Kalonji (Nigella seeds) aur hari mirch (Green chili) - chutki bhar (optional)

Naan Banane Ka Tarika:


Maida Taiyaar Karein: Ek bartan mein maida daalein aur usmein namak, cheeni aur khameer mila kar acche se mix karein.


Dahi Aur Ghee Milayein: Ab is maida mixture mein dahi aur ghee daal kar achhe se milayein. Dhyan rakhein ki dahi aur ghee ki quantity sahi ho, taaki naan soft aur tasty bane.


Aata Ghoonthna: Ab thoda thoda paani daal kar aata ghoonte jaayein. Dhyan rakhein ki aata na bahut kadak ho na bahut mulayam. Ek smooth dough taiyaar karein.


Dough Ko Ferment Karein: Ab aate ko ek garam jagah par rakh kar 1 ghante tak ferment hone dein. Isse dough double ho jayega aur naan soft banega.


Naan Ki Taiyaari: Fermented dough ko chhoti chhoti gol roti ki tarah bel lein. Belne ke baad naan ko kalonji aur hari mirch se sajayein agar chahein.


Tawa Garam Karein: Ek non-stick tawa ko garam karein aur us par naan rakh kar dono taraf se senk lein.


Naan Banaayein: Naan ko ek taraf se senkne ke baad, use tawa se hatakar directly aag par rakhein. Naan ke upar se bubbles aayenge, jab ye bubbles aane lag jaayein to naan ko ulta kar dein aur direct aag par rakhein. Isse naan ka pichla hissa pak jayega.


Serve Karein: Naan ko nikal kar plate mein rakhein aur upar se thoda ghee laga kar serve karein. Garam-garam naan ke saath paneer butter masala ya koi bhi favourite gravy dish ke saath enjoy karein.


Kuch Tips Aur Tricks:


Agar aapko naan mein garlic ka swaad pasand hai, to aap chopped garlic ko naan ke upar sprinkle kar sakte hain.


Naan ko tawa par senkne se pehle, naan ke upar thoda sa paani lagane se naan soft aur fluffy banta hai.Tawa ko achhe se garam karein taaki naan jaldi se pak jaaye aur soft rahe.
