Malpua Ke Ingredients:
Sabse pehle, humein malpua banane ke liye zaruri cheezein arrange karni hongi. Yahan hain woh kuch important ingredients:
Maida - 1 cup
Suji - 2 tbsp
Dahi - 1 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cheeni - 1/2 cup
Pani - 1/2 cup
Kesar - ek chutki
Elaichi Powder - 1/2 tsp
Khoa (optional) - 2 tbsp
Nariyal (grated) - 2 tbsp
Malpua Batter Banayein:
Sabse pehle ek mixing bowl lein aur usmein maida aur suji ko mila kar rakh dein.
Ab ismein dahi, ghee, elaichi powder aur khoa (agar istemal kar rahe hain) daal kar ache se milayein.
Cheeni ko thoda sa pani mein ghol kar is batter mein daal dein aur fir ache se mix karein.
Is mixture ko ek smooth batter banane ke liye acchi tarah se whisk karein. Agar zarurat ho toh thoda aur pani daal sakte hain.
Ab is batter ko ek side mein rakh kar 15-20 minutes ke liye rest karne dein.
Malpua Fry Karein:
Ek kadhai mein ghee garam karein. Dhyan rahe, ghee itna garam ho ki malpua achhe se fry ho jaye.
Ab ek scoop le kar, malpua batter ko kadhai mein dalen aur dhire dhire round shape mein spread karein.
Malpua ko dono taraf se golden brown hone tak fry karein. Dhyan rahe, dheere se hi palat kar fry karein taki malpua tut na jaye.
Isi tarah saare malpue fry karne ke baad unhein nikal kar ek plate mein rakh dein.
Malpua Ko Serve Karein:
Ab ek serving plate lein aur us par malpue ko arrange karein.
Kesar aur thoda sa grated nariyal se malpua ko sajayein.
Thandi meethi rabri ya doodh ke saath malpua serve karein aur apne parivaar aur dosto ko is swaad bhare dessert ka aanand lein.
