Elaichi Powder (Cardamom Powder): 1/2 teaspoon
Baking Powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Doodh (Milk): 1/4 cup
Pani (Water): 1/4 cup
Ghee: For frying
Ab jab samagri tay hai, toh chaliye step by step dekhte hain Malpua kaise banta hai.
Malpua Banane ka Tarika:
Maida aur Sooji ko ek bowl mein daal kar achhe se milayein.
Dahi ko ek alag bowl mein lekar usmein cheeni daal kar mix karein, jab tak cheeni puri tarah se ghul jaye.
Ab is dahi-cheeni mixture ko maida-sooji wale bowl mein daal kar achi tarah se mix karein.
Is mixture mein kesar, elaichi powder, aur baking powder bhi daal kar mix karein. Dhyan rahe, ache se milana jaruri hai.
Ab dheere-dheere doodh aur paani daal kar ek smooth batter bana lein.
Batter tayar hone par use 15-20 minutes ke liye rest mein rakhein.
Ab ek pan mein ghee garam karein.
Garam ghee mein chammach se batter dal kar round shape mein Malpua ko fry karein, jab tak dono sides golden brown na ho jayein.
Malpua tayar hai, use nikal kar thoda thanda hone dein.
Thanda hone par Malpua ko thoda sa doodh mein dip karein aur fir serve karein.

Kesar aur elaichi powder ka use swaad ko aur bhi behtar banata hai.
