Kadhi Kaise Banate Hain: Ek Swaadisht Aur Aasan Recipe

Kadhi ek traditional Indian dish hai, jo har ghar mein alag-alag tarike se banai jaati hai. Ingredients

Dahi (Yogurt): 2 cups

Besan (Gram Flour): 4 tablespoons

Pani (Water): 4 cups

Adrak (Ginger): 1 inch piece (grated)

Hari Mirch (Green Chili): 2-3 (chopped)

Methi Dana (Fenugreek Seeds): 1/2 teaspoon

Hing (Asafoetida): 1/4 teaspoon

Haldi (Turmeric Powder): 1/2 teaspoon

Lal Mirch (Red Chili Powder): 1/2 teaspoon

Namak (Salt): Swaad anusar

Tej Patta (Bay Leaf): 1-2

Sarson (Mustard Seeds): 1/2 teaspoon

Curry Patta (Curry Leaves): 8-10

Tail (Oil): 2 tablespoons

Dhaniya Patta (Coriander Leaves): Sajane ke liye

Section 3: Kadhi Banane Ki Steps


Chaliye ab dekhte hain, kis tareeke se banate hain kadhi:


Step 1: Besan aur Dahi ka Mix

Ek bowl mein dahi lekar usme besan daal dein.

Achhe se milaye, taki koi lumps na bane.

Ab isme pani daal kar achhe se mix karein, ek smooth batter banayein.


Step 2: Kadhi Pakode Banayein

Is batter se chhote chhote pakode bana lein.

Garam oil mein pakode crispy hone tak fry karein.

Step 3: Kadhi Banayein

Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein.

Usmein sarson, methi dana, hing, tej patta aur curry patta daal kar tadka lagayein.

Ab isme adrak aur hari mirch daal kar bhunein.

Phir isme haldi aur lal mirch powder daal kar mix karein.

Ab dahi-besan mixture slowly ismein daal kar continuously chalate rahiye.

Aap dekhein ge ki kadhi garha ho jaayega.


Step 4: Pakode Add Karein

Ab is kadhi mein humare crispy pakode daal dein.

Pakode absorb karenge aur kadhi aur bhi tasty banegi.


Step 5: Dum Lagayein

Kadhi ko dhire-dhire pakayein aur dheemi aanch par rakh kar 15-20 minutes ke liye dhak kar chhod dein.

Isse kadhi aur bhi flavorful banegi.


Tips aur Tricks

Agar aap chahein toh kadhi mein thoda sa gud (jaggery) bhi daal sakte hain, isse kadhi ka taste aur bhi badhega.

Kadhi ko serve karne se pehle usme thoda sa ghee daalne se swaad aur bhi badh jaata hai.

Pakode banate waqt besan mein thoda sa soda bhi daal sakte hain, jisse pakode aur bhi fluffy honge.
